  • Yes. Nothing you share is shared with your employer, and we’re not affiliated with any company. Our role is to give you independent, experienced HR guidance—just for you.

  •  Absolutely. Many people reach out before they make a decision—whether it’s about reporting a concern, responding to HR, or exploring their options.

  • You can ask us anything related to your job, rights, or what’s happening at work. Examples include:

    • A warning or write-up you received

    • How to respond to a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)

    • Questions about termination, retaliation, or discrimination

    • How to document or escalate something safely

    • Understanding your options before making a move

  • We bring decades of HR experience and a simple promise: to treat you with respect, give you honest answers, and help you move forward safely.

  • We believe access to real HR help shouldn’t require a lawyer or a huge expense. This is an introductory rate to make support accessible during tough moments. (Note: rates may increase in the future.)

  • Never. We are an external consulting firm and do not engage with your employer in any way unless you specifically request it—and most people don’t.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email with details about what to expect. From there, you’ll either be matched with a consultant or sent scheduling instructions, depending on what option you selected.

  • That’s exactly what we’re here for. You don’t need to file a complaint, name names, or take action before you’re ready. This is a confidential space to talk, ask questions, and explore your options—without pressure or judgment.
