    Anita Martin brings over 30 years of HR leadership to her role as co-founder of Martin & Foster Consulting — but what truly sets her apart is how she leads: with empathy, courage, and a steadfast belief in doing the right thing, even when it’s hard.

    Anita’s HR journey began in the global headquarters of a Fortune 500 company and later took her around the world, including a formative chapter in the Philippines. These experiences shaped her belief that HR isn’t just about policy or process — it’s about people. She has guided organizations across technology, healthcare, legal, and finance, always leading with compassion, clarity, and integrity.

    Armed with an MBA and a Doctorate in Theology and Religion (ThD), Anita brings a unique blend of business acumen and values-based insight to her work. Her educational background reinforces her core belief: that treating people with dignity is not just good leadership — it’s good business.

    Shannon Foster brings over 30 years of experience in HR, leadership development, and supervisor training across industries including healthcare, IT, and customer service. Known for her direct yet empathetic approach, Shannon specializes in helping new and emerging leaders develop the skills that matter most: trust, emotional intelligence, and the ability to genuinely connect with their teams.

    Shannon’s passion lies in developing front-line leaders — the ones who shape workplace culture every day. She believes great leadership is not about authority, but about influence. Her signature supervisor training program blends communication, accountability, and coaching techniques to build leaders people actually want to follow.

    Throughout her career, Shannon has designed and delivered leadership development programs that empower managers to lead with clarity and compassion. She has supported organizations through periods of rapid change, coached HR teams on employee relations best practices, and helped countless individuals grow into confident, capable leaders.

    Her approach centers on one truth: workplaces thrive when leaders listen, care, and lead with purpose.
